WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM ALL ABOUT?
The Komet Kids program is the most popular program at Starr Gymnastics. You think your 3 year old is in the gym laughing and singing, but they are actually learning to listen, focus and repeat the building blocks of gymnastics. It’s not just a ton of fun with new lesson plans every week… it’s not just front rolls and cartwheels (oh yes they can!)… it’s about building a love for the sport through play and positive coaching.
DEVELOPMENTAL BENEFITS OF KOMET KIDS:
- Physical literacy through repetition (jumping, landing, rolling) on a variety of equipment and circuits
- Improved confidence and problem solving skills
- Introduction of positive adult role models with our expert Starr Coaches
